Spare wrapped steel cable to replace the cable on your SMAI Speed Rope. Suitable for Plastic Handle, Silver Aluminium and Black Aluminium handle speed ropes.

Simply unscrew your worn cable with an allen key, feed the new rope through the bearing hole, and retighten the screw clamp. Trim any excess and you are ready to go.

Speed rope cables are a consumable, and will need replacement from time to time depending on your usage.

Note: Speed rope cables are designed for use on gym flooring tiles. Usage on concrete, bitumen, hard ground / dirt will significantly decrease the life of a speed rope.
